Hi little is said about what the volunteering programmes are really like.

1. Just want to ask what do the volunteers do in social services? Specifically, what is social counseling?

2. And how is volunteering in handicraft like? What sort of handicraft do you do and which group of inmates do you engage in? Thanks!

We're impressed by a project in Dudley where young people are crossing borders online.
